Use Show Picker Club from your AI app

Connect Claude, ChatGPT or Claude Code to your lists. Then just ask — “what's on my Next Up that's under an hour?” — or tell it to add a show, and it happens in the app.

Claude

Tap the button, then Add. Claude sends you here to sign in and choose what it's allowed to do.

Add to Claude

Needs a paid Claude plan (Pro or higher). Button not working? In Claude, open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, name it Show Picker Club and paste this URL:

On iPhone, add it on claude.ai in a browser once — it then works in the Claude app too.

If the Show Picker Club app opens instead of a sign-in page, your device is holding an old copy of the app’s link list. Add the connector from claude.ai in Chrome instead, which always opens the sign-in page in the browser. Updating the app fixes it for good.

ChatGPT

In ChatGPT's settings, find Developer mode (under Apps or Connectors, then Advanced) and turn it on.
Choose Create, name it Show Picker Club, paste the URL below and pick OAuth.
Sign in here when ChatGPT asks.

What it can do

The connection acts as you, with the access you have in the app. When you connect, you choose read-only or read-and-change.

Read

get_profile — who the connection acts as, list counts, groups
list_my_shows — your lists, with your notes (paged)
get_show — one show: overview, cast, where it streams, ratings
list_member_shows — a group-mate's lists, without their notes
search_libraries — search your and your group-mates' lists
search_titles — search the TV and movie catalog
get_trending — what the club or one of your groups is adding
list_groups, get_group, get_group_recommendations — your groups and their Watch Next boards

Change (only if you allow it)

add_show, update_show, move_show, reorder_list, rate_show — your own shows
archive_show, restore_show, delete_show — take shows off your lists or bring them back
recommend_to_group, respond_to_recommendation, remove_recommendation — group Watch Next boards
create_group, create_group_invite, leave_group — your groups

It can't join a group for you, rename or delete a group, change your household or touch your account. Connected apps get up to 500 actions, 100 changes and 100 catalog searches a day, resetting at midnight UTC.

The app acts as you, with the same access you have in Show Picker Club — your private notes stay between you and it, and it only sees other people's lists through groups you share. It can't join groups for you, change your household or touch your account. You can make it read-only when you connect, and disconnect it any time from Connected apps.
